Services Description

Orlando's Truck Service provides professional truck lettering, vehicle graphics, vinyl wraps, and related commercial vehicle branding services. Our services include:

• Custom vehicle lettering and graphics design
• Vinyl wrap installation and removal
• Fleet branding solutions
• Magnetic signs and custom decals
• Sign removal and vehicle restoration
• Design consultation and project management

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual vehicle condition and preparation requirements
• Design complexity and revision requests
• Material specifications and availability
• Timeline and scheduling requirements

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change significantly from the original quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required upon project approval
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Net 30 terms available for qualified commercial accounts
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• All payments must be made in US dollars

Design and Approval Process

Our design process includes:

• Initial consultation and requirements gathering
• Design concept development and presentation
• Customer review and feedback period
• Design revisions (up to 3 rounds included)
• Final approval and production authorization

Customer approval is required before production begins. Additional design revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional charges.

Installation and Completion

Installation services include:

• Professional installation by trained technicians
• Quality inspection and final approval
• Care and maintenance instructions
• Project documentation and photos

Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle accessibility and cleanliness prior to installation. Additional cleaning or preparation may result in additional charges.

Warranty and Liability

We provide the following warranties:

• Materials: Manufacturer warranty (typically 5-7 years)
• Installation: 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship
• Design: Satisfaction with approved design concepts

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, vandalism, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
• Changes in vehicle paint or surface condition

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and requirements
• Ensuring vehicle is clean and accessible for installation
• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals if required
• Timely payment according to agreed terms
• Following provided care and maintenance instructions
• Notifying us promptly of any issues or concerns

Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by Orlando's Truck Service remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, customers receive rights to use the design for their intended business purposes. We retain the right to use project images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms:

• Projects may be cancelled before production begins
• Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Material costs are non-refundable once ordered
• Installation fees are refundable if installation has not begun
• Cancellation fees may apply based on project stage

Limitation of Liability

Orlando's Truck Service's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or vehicle downtime.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
